Open Door Learning Center Preschool offers all-day Preschool classes for ages 2½-7 years old.
Open Door Learning Center Preschool (ODLC), located in Leesburg, VA, is a hands-on learning experience for children ages 2½-7.
At ODLC, we understand that a child’s preschool years are foundational for fostering confidence, acceptance of others, and a love for learning. Our staff focuses on building social skills, teaching developmentally appropriate academics, and preparing preschool students and their parents for kindergarten.
ODLC’s founders aim to provide an affordable preschool in an inclusive setting with best practices for typically developing children as well as those with autism and related disabilities. Each student receives a screening prior to enrollment and updated quarterly assessments with Evidence Portfolios.
Our goal is for each student to master all their developmental milestones and master our Starfall Standards before preschool graduation. Mastering the learning blocks skills ensures that our students have what’s necessary to thrive in a kindergarten environment. Our program offers students the unique opportunity to learn behavioral, social, and pre-academic skills in a natural, play-based environment that incorporates applied behavior analysis techniques.

At Open Door Learning Center, we individualize each child’s educational experience so that EVERY child can succeed!
Open Door Learning Center is a Childcare Subsidy Provider through the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Child Care Subsidy Program assists families in paying childcare costs. If you are eligible and are approved for services, the Subsidy Program can pay a portion of your childcare costs directly to Open Door Learning Center. - Apply online, or screen for eligibility through CommonHelp, a self-service portal available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A video or Quick Guide for the application portal is also available.
- Submit a Child Care Service Application and Redetermination Form to your local department of social services. You may also pick up an application (Spanish version) at the local department of social services, or request that one be mailed to you.
